How does it work?
We’ve designed The Big Listen to help busy organisations thrive without adding to your workload.
You will be supported throughout by our experienced team, and receive tailored, actionable insights throughout and a special summary report at the end of the 90 days.
Here’s a quick overview of the process:
1. Rapid launch
Harkn is quick and easy to set up, and it can be live in your organisation within 2-4 weeks.
2. Launch planning & objective-setting
Our launch planning workshop will help you determine clear goals and an action plan to maximise the value you derive from your 90-days and ensure you make objective progress against your goals.
3. Champions bootcamp
Our bootcamp training session will immerse your nominated champions and key personnel, including HR and wellbeing professionals, in Harkn’s unique approach and tools, setting you up for success from Day 1.
4. Structured listening activities
For 90-days you will have access to all of Harkn’s features, organised in a way that ensures you hear everything that matters to your people. From Day 1, you’ll benefit from our unique organisational health metric – the Good Day Ratio (GDR); freeform narrative, live questions, and dialogue on the Wall; survey tools; and our anonymous focus group feature, Team Rooms. You will also have access to our wellbeing support centre and a full suite of data-driven reporting tools.
5. Comprehensive report-out
At the end of The Big Listen, we will work with your team to produce a report of key learnings and insights that you can use to drive actions and support your strategy moving forwards.
What does The Big Listen cost?
We’ve kept this as simple as possible and developed three pricing brackets depending on the size of your organisation.
- Up to 500 employees: £7,500
- Up to 1,000 employees: £10,000
- 1,001+ employees: £10,000 + £5,000 per 1,000 additional employees
These prices include:
- Set-up and configuration
- Launch support (including a training bootcamp for up to 20 people)
- Live and continuous employee voice for 90 days using our simple, intuitive Daily Check-In routine.
- Live reporting, including the Good Day Ratio – our unique organisational health metric.
- Unlimited use of Pulse and Bespoke surveys.
- Unlimited use of Team Rooms, our anonymised focus groups.
- Personal trackers and journaling tools for all employees.
- Use of the Wellbeing Centre for proactive wellbeing monitoring.
- Events and experiments to track the impact of specific developments and initiatives.
- Weekly progress updates with Champions and other key personnel.
